I have adaptets that let me use dewalt/milwaukee battteries with ryobi tools and viceversa. I have to tell you that i have many tools that i have in ryobi and milwaukee and dewalt.....the difference in these tools are little from ryobi to dewalt but more noticable in milwauke vs ryobi.

Long time ago when i was an aircraft mechanic I buy the tools i used the most or broke the most from snap on, evening else was craftsman and harbor freight. Couldn't be happier ☺️

The Pittsburgh pro is a good rachet and it's easier to get replace ment. You take it into harbor freight I they will replace it right quick.

I work in a shop and that Pittsburg professional ratchet is a beast . I’ve put a cheater bar on it many times and over one year using it still great

the torque testing channel has dismantled snap on...snap on performs worse than the Icon and proto brands. Redo this video without a video cut where you switch out the bolt.

I bought a set of 3 ratchets 1/4, 3/8 , and 1/2 in the Canadian Tire Maximum line , they resemble what you have. They were on sale $50 CDN.

I bought FLEX only because it was 50% off and lifetime warranty. For the small company I work for, I only really need a toolbelt, drill/impact and a circular saw in my trunk, anyway.

It's actually a totally different battery considering the fact that it's using different batteries themselves so they definitely shouldn't have the same part number the only thing that's actually the same is they're running the same voltage the same number of cells in the bank but battery capacity wise the 21.700 hold a lot more power than the 18650s so definitely shouldn't be the same part number

Flex head ratchets are not my first go to ratchet . Though these didnt break on the flex but the palls/gears

Having basically grown up with SK that I inherited in the 60s and remain prominent in my auto box to this day, I’m glad to see them coming back. I they change country of mfg or use chinese components however, I will not pay the higher numbers SK USA commands.

The S-K round head ratchet is classic and is a sturdy tool. It is the right ratchet to put in a set. If you want ultra-fine teeth, or any other special feature in a ratchet, you need to buy the ratchet individually to get exactly what you want.

That was a surprise. Could you do another comparison using Blackhawk by Proto and Cougar Pro? I had a Cougar 1/4" drive pearhead ratchet from when Cougar was Wright Tools' value brand. They're now called Cougar Pro. Anyway, I tried to destroy that cougar. I assembled a swing set with it. When I was tightening the upper beam, I literally pulled myself up off of the ground, hung on it and then bounced my full weight on it several times. She laughed. I felt stupid. I should've known better. 😅

I bought Napa brand ratchet in a pinch and the handle came off the first time I used it and had to epoxy it back on to get the job done. Handle doesn’t go to the end of the handle. It flexes if you actually use the end of the handle. It only goes about half into the handle. So this tool actually cost me money to use.

I HATE CHEAP TOOLS ! They should be illegal. A tool is an extension of you, never skimp on tools..

No professionals use ratchets anymore air/battery ratchets save time & money in aviation then get a a Snap On torque wrench to finish up
